Homemade Mayo + Store Alternative

Makes 10oz
Takes 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 Cup Avocado or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
1 Tbsp Vinegar
Tools:
Immersion Blender
Storage Container (I use a pint mason jar)
Add your cracked egg, oil, tsp of salt and vinegar to your jar.
Submerge your immersion blender on a lower setting (3/12) and slowly move your blender and up down through the mixture until it is completely combined.
Store in the fridge for a week or until it starts to spoil. Sterilize your equipment between batches for freshness.
I personally prefer making it but if you don't love that idea for yourself, don't have a blender or need to convenience of store bought, I like Primal Kitchen or Better Body's mayo.
